Our Long Resistance Bands are a great tool used in strength training for many reasons, starting with the fact that they are used to stimulate muscles which in turn help tone up your upper and lower body. (Can also be used for Pilates) 

NO SNAP, ROLL, OR PINCH

Our Long Fabric resistance bands will not roll up, pinch skin, or pull hair like latex. Stretchable fabric material is not prone to tearing or breakage. NOTE: Bands should not be stretched more than 2x normal length.
