Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 2-3 business days for order placed during the week (Monday - Friday.) For orders that are placed Friday - Sunday will be processed the following business day. During Sales: Due to a high volume in orders, please allow an extra 5 business days for orders to be processed. 

SHIPPING: All orders are normally shipped within 3-5 business days from the order date.  EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS OR BIG SALES (DURING SALES, processing time can take up to an extra week for your order to ship due to high volume in orders). Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with all tracking information and sometimes an estimated delivery date. Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24-48 hours after the package has been shipped out.

ATORIA FITNESS does not ship on major U.S. holidays or weekends such as New Year's Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

All orders placed are estimated to arrive within 1 week depending on the locations and the carrier. ATORIA FITNESS is not responsible for packages that are delayed while in transit; please contact the postal carrier that is listed in your tracking information.

For lost packages during transit (That include the correct and completed shipping addresses). ATORIA FITNESS will offer you a store credit for the inconvenience.

For all Damaged items, please keep all packing material and notify us within 1 business day of receiving your package so that we can make it right.

Packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Lost packages that include incorrect and incomplete shipping addresses. For assistance, please contact the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information for further assistance.


Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.
